  Plenty of parking and several shops to choose from. The address is kept clean and there is no real problem with littering or loitering. This area has some very unique places to shop. It's a popular area and also has Avis car rental with specifically marked spots for parking. It's good to keep this in mind.

  Big parking lot, I only go there to visit Blue Moon Pizza and Tomatoes Japanese grocery stores. Have a traffic light to help visitors going in and out of the complex, which is necessary in that area (most other places don't bother to have one and it can cause traffic jam during peak hours).
