The second time they kept me on hold for 18 minutes. I called back the lady who answered was rude. She transferred me to electronics... I then was on hold for 15 minutes before anyone picked up... When the lady picked up she told me she would check for me, then put me on hold again for 12 minutes. The short conversations I had with them was very rude and I had to wait way too long. Clearly needs to be trained at this location.
