  DONT. WASTE. YOUR. TIME. Every time that I have attempted to use this photo center, I leave frustrated, upset and severely disappointed. You have to wait up to 20 minutes before someone comes and helps you (and don’t bother just standing there, or pressing the assistance button, you have to go find someone to actually be helped). This time I ordered pictures for a last minute Christmas present. I ordered the one hour prints online at 2pm. It said they would be done at 5pm. I thought, hey it’s the holidays, probably busy. I never got an email or text saying they were ready and when I showed up at 5pm, I found out that the machine had been down ALL DAY. NOTHING was mentioned online!!! I wasted time, energy and money and needless to say my Christmas present was bust. This place is a JOKE. If ZERO STARS was an option, I would have chosen that.

  I had a hardcover memory book, one of the more expensive options, made for my son as a gift and it came out looking terrible. The binding looks all messed up and crooked, and the plastic film that covers the hardcover has wrinkles in it, and to top it off it was covered in greasy fingerprints. They should have remade it when they saw how bad it looked. Very disappointing. The people who make these books should know how to do it well and should look at it when it's done and ask themselves would they want to purchase this.
