There was a pack of screws sitting on a shelf THAT HAD NO SEAL WHATSOEVER so I opened it to see if they would happen to work. An employee named Ken walked up and snatched them out my hand and mumbled under his breath as he walked away. "Ace is the place with the helpful hardware folks"
