  I've been here two times. The first time I was almost in tears trying to get help or service, I asked for the manager, who rudely explained they were too busy when one employee was just folding and stacking shirts. I even made that comment and the manager couldn't care less and I spent about $150 but probably would have spent more. The second time I went a few weeks ago, I ventured again into the store because of holiday shopping and the coupons on my VS credit card. I was pleasantly surprised! Store was packed but a Manager offered to help me, without being asked, helped with my selections and suggested other items. Even offered to place an order on her hand held computer. I spent a lot more this visit and had a great experience even after standing in line and check out. I order a lot online but will likely return to this store again, hoping for a repeat experience.
