  The staff here is friendly and helpful, yet still with that twinge of slight salesman tactics. I was able to have my questions answered and felt confident about my purchase prior to leaving. After doing the due diligence comparing local cell phone plans, I found that T-Mobile offers very competitive rates that beat out Verizon and AT&T.

  The people at this location are clueless and rude. If they make a mistake they will correct it but don't expect them to take responsibility for it. I used to love this location but now I go to the one on Cobb Pkwy near the Big Chicken because they are much better.
