  I absolutely hated this store. Would've given a 0 (or even a negative) star if I could. The associates (including manager) didn't know how to help a T-Mobile customer without T-Mobile ONE plan to get the deals. It was so annoying and frustrating to spend hours and not get any help. The manager, especially, was not willing to use his brain and help out. Seemed like he just wanted to help the customers that didn't have complex problems. Existing T-Mobile ONE customers had great, fast service but us, who are on old Simple Choice plan, had to contact 611. Both the associate and customer service rep gave different answers to the problem. HATED THE PLACE. WORST T-Mobile STORE TO EVER EXIST
