Music is too loud, and they caused me to order a replacement phone that they said would cost $5, when we started to pick up, they said they made a mistake, it would cost $175. I made 2 trips, also reported their error to corporate. Hope the staff are fired. Ill not go there again. I'm also canceling all my t-mobile accounts, both business and personal.
