  My wife got an iPhone 7 here two weeks ago. They copied some but not all of the data from your old phone. I had to do a restore later on. I went in today to get a new phone for myself. Waited for 10 or 15 minutes after registering. Went next-door to Trader Joe’s, and came back. They said they called my name. I got back on the list. Waited another 10 minutes. Looked over and saw three AT&T employees talking and laughing together. Wondered why none of them could help me. Then I told them I was going to another store.
