  I have shopped there before in the past and always had a pleasant experience with the helpful staff. This last time I was there I was returning a box of lights that were not used this holiday season. I was told that I could not return them due to it being after the holidays. Apparently there are folks who use the lights and then return them after the fact. These lights were never removed from their box. The package was clearly never tampered with. It’s unfortunate to lose ones business over something as trivial as $29.99 but I will not be going back. I guess I will be buying my Big Green Egg elsewhere.
