  This place had the most horrid customer service I've ever experienced. I brought my phone in for a battery replacement and the girl at the front said "let me take it back so they can open it and see if we can fix it" I said okay so then she came back with a guy who I'm assuming was the manager, he told me they couldn't replace my battery bc of water damage, which is completely fine. But when he brought my phone back thto bottom half of my screen was completely messed up. When i asked about it he told me they didn't do it and kicked me out of the store. Please no one spend your hard earned money on this place. They are the most disrespectful and unprofessional place I have ever tried to business with. Said guy I was African American, in his 20s, and about 5'6-5'9. I will never do business with this place ever again and i will make sure my phone gets fixed after what they did to it.
