Guy said I would have to schedule an online appointment through Apple's online genius bar. Which I was doing and how I was connected to Simply Mac. He told me I could not make an appointment to do this. Then he said there were already 200 people in front of me. When I asked what he suggested I do, he hung up on me!!! So CRAPPY NO SERVICE. Thanks again Apple.
