  I purchased a washing machine from this store and was interested in any same as cash financing that the store offered. The lady helping said they had 5 months same as cash. I was thrilled to hear that! Even though I had cash to completely purchase my new appliance. I got approved for an amount and this was my first time doing a same as cash option on any appliance. I noticed on day 60 my bill was slightly higher than my first bill. Turns out it is a leasing option and of course the leasing company charges a "processing fee" that grows every month and if it isn't paid after 5 months then they charge back interest. Which is not how the sales associate explained it to me AT ALL. I then called the store asking to speak with the girl who set me up and she no longer works there, what a coincidence. So I asked to speak to a sales manager to which I was told there wasn't one on duty. I explained my displeasure and asked for someone to call me back. My name and number was left. 4 days later I had yet to receive a call from anyone. I called back and the lady who answered said there were no sales managers available again so I began to explain my frustration. Turns out the lady I was speaking to WAS a sales manager. There was nothing done to make this situation right and I will NEVER shop at this store again. I would also recommend nobody to ever use their leasing option as it is a rip off. I will absolutely spend more money at another store for the same product just to avoid doing business with them.
