  RUDE. My husband and I stopped in, on our way out of town, to pick up some over the counter allergy medicine, the kind you have to show your ID for, Zyrtec-D, specifically. We walked up to the pharmacy counter, waited patiently and without any prompting or acknowledgement of any kind, the person behind the counter rudely said "Give me five minutes." At that point we realized that they must not have been *open*. My husband said to me "what time is it?" We collectively guessed it was 8:55. I looked at the time on my phone and we were wrong, it was actually 8:58. Now, I realize that an employee is bound by the rules and regulations of the company for which they are employed, however, I imagine that if she had even taken a moment to acknowledge us, rather than brush us off as an annoyance, we could have told her that we were there for an OVER THE COUNTER item and maybe, just maybe, this store could have avoided losing two faithful shoppers. This isn't the first time we've had an unpleasant experience with the pharmacy staff at this store but it will absolutely be the last.

  I stopped in @ 2:13pm to buy some medicine for my cold. I was planning on buying some Aleeve-D that you have to purchase at the pharmacy counter to show ID. And they were CLOSED! I looked around for posted hours, and saw it on the "drive up" window. Today, Tuesday they should be open 8am-9pm. I looked around for a gone to lunch or temporarily closed sign. Nope nothing. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes and Noone came. This is the second time this has happened and it will be the last.
