  These guys are the exact reason I love to shop and support locally owned businesses. So much individual attention. So much knowledge. Not overselling or pressuring towards things that we don't need. There's no question that any and every time I ever need computer hardware support I'll contact these guys first.   Walked in with a PC where I had lost the configuration for my RAID 0 in BIOS. They quickly got the drives set up properly while protecting all my data and responding to my requests on the configuration. Even drew me up a road map to follow myself on an upgrade. In ten minutes all my problems were solved. They even helped load the PC back into my truck as I had my kid with me. Power PC's charges were a lot less than I expected and their service was immediate. Very, very, impressed!
