  I purchased a used ASUS Notebook from this business within the last 2 to 3 years. It was operating Windows 10 Pro that was installed by this business. The machine came new with Windows 8.1 Home. I am now getting an error message that my license is about to expire. Microsoft tells me that I must drop back to the original system before I can re-install Win 10. I called this business this morning to see if they could assist me in any way. Instead the business person asked me how old I was and starting raving at me when I asked him why he needed my age. I told him I would come by with the police but have decided that it's not worth the effort. The bottom line is that this business resorted to such childish behavior instead of attempting to assist me to resolve their mistake. I cannot recommend this business for any used computer or electronic devices. BEWARE
