  I stopped in last week looking for a gift for my mother but not for Mother's Day. I was looking for a special Grandmother's necklace/pendant to gift her after my daughter arrives. One sales lady started to assist me but then 2 others bombarded her and tried rushing me to make a decision out of a catalog which they barely let me view. I was told they had to call the manufacturer to see if the one I wanted was available, they said it wouldn't be until the next day they would call and promised me a call asap. I have NEVER heard back and refuse to ever give them my business again as I had been a loyal customer for years before this
