  I have had this service since 2015 on a property of mine. I have found termite damage. I called the company and they told me after using them for the last 21/2 years that I have a retreat only bond! That means they will not cover any damages. When I purchased this termite bond I was told that If I had any damage while I had a bond under them the damage would covered. Why would somene want to pay for a retreat only bond in dealing with termites. The company make the call to either classify your property as a retreat only or a retreat with repair. I am just learning this. This company was very deceptive in the selling of this bond! I now have termite damage and I have to pay for repairs even though I paid for a system that should had protected me from this Boooooooo to Home Team Pest Defense!
