  I don’t write reviews very often. Especially negative reviews. I’ve been in sales my whole life and I understand that people have bad days or days when things are beyond their control. I absolutely understand that things happen and I hate when people post negative reviews that can damage a company for something silly. ***That being said, I warn you to NOT use this company. I wish we read these reviews (especially the business responses) prior to purchasing our fireplace logs and service. I urge you--unless you have oodles of time, do not care about workers showing up on time/at all, people calling you back, or being issued a timely refund when you eventually just cancel the service----AVOID THIS COMPANY.*** After a couple no shows, we still gave the benefit of the doubt and made another appointment. That appointment was again rescheduled due to the snow (no biggie there) and they were still another NO SHOW after that. It took us 2 days to track them down. They did not call us, at all, prior to any of the no shows. In my opinion, an owner was quick to be personable with the sale but basically washes her hands of you after the payment has been made. Its unfortunate and I don’t know where the struggle lies. Whether they’re short staffed or just have a poor management process, I couldn’t guess. Really, a simple call or an apology from the owner or a manager for all the “miscommunication” and some follow through would have made a world a difference. We are pretty easy-going people and super loyal to businesses we use, so to push us to the point of a refund speaks volumes. It's unfortunate and I really hope they turn things around.
