  AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME people here. I dropped off my laptop thinking I needed a new cooling fan. I expected to pay at least $150 to get this fixed. Best Buy wanted to charged me $45 just to look at it. However, I got a call the next day telling me that the fan was fine, the laptop just needed to be cleaned on the inside. And they also fixed my headphone port. All of that for only the $25 diagnostic fee. A company without integrity would have told me I needed some part and charged me $100. Highly recommend them. They work on HP's also! My laptop was HP

  You know how you have driven out in your car with your coffee on top? Well maybe this is never happened to you but I did this, not with my coffee but with my phone on top of the car. I recognized it as my phone as I saw it take flight in my rear view mirror. I stopped to retrieve it and thought I probably should just leave it dead in the street as roadkill. I saw 4 cars run over the device that held all my contacts to my world. It was smashed and not even the protective glass I had purchased from Experimac could help. I happened to be on Barrett Parkway in front of the Experimac store and thought why not check on buying a phone. This review is getting too long. The ending is that an hour later, I had my phone back good as new! How amazing is that? Love Experimac and all the very knowledgeable people there.
