  Put in an order to have a backlit keyboard installed on my laptop. When I came to pick it up, the guy at the counter told me he was unable to connect the backlight on the keyboard because it would require a new motherboard. Was nervously twitching and quite obviously lying. Was simply too lazy to attach the backlight portion of the keyboard to the motherboard or wanted to save himself time and trouble. Ended up costing me $200, the part was roughly $130.... so $70 to do something I could have done myself in 10 minutes. Thanks Computer Zone! You will never receive another dime of business from me again!
