  I brought in several pieces of jewelry, was given great information about each piece, and felt no sales pressure. In fact, John C. cleaned all my rings and actually fixed one for me free of charge. He made a great suggestion to make earrings out of my old engagement ring and explained to me how they could do that for me at their shop for a very reasonable price. I sold a few gold bracelets and walked out with a great deal of cash in my pocket. They stayed open late for me and I didn't feel rushed in the least. I couldn't be happier!
